    • a bed, a desk, a chair, a dresser
    • single rooms have a single bed (twin size) and double rooms have two single beds (both twin size) in the room; Note: some double rooms in Wilson Hall known as “Economy Double” are smaller in size
    • linen, a towel, a bedspread, a pillow, a pillow case (except for current fall/winter New College Residents)
    • no daily housekeeping service – we have coin operated laundry machines on each floor if needed
    • central air-conditioning in all three residence buildings as needed

    • wired internet access available only for active UofT students with UTORID
    • central 23-hour Front Desk at 40 Willcocks Street (Wilson Hall Residence)                          (ALL Check-ins happen here and is closed in early morning from 3 a.m. to 4 a.m. and emergencies)

    • irons and ironing boards in laundry rooms on each floor
    • shared common rooms on each floor with kitchen facilities such as a microwave, stove, fridge and sink (bring your own utensils such as pots and cutlery, etc.), flat screen TV’s and lounge area

    • shared communal gender-specific washrooms on each floor (2 in 45 Willcocks Residence and 3 in Wetmore/Wilson Residence) with 4-5 sinks, 4-5 toilet stalls, 4-5 shower stalls in each one (washrooms have private and locking shower stalls and toilet stalls)
    • shared communal gender-neutral washrooms in Wetmore Hall
    • a private security guard patrolling all three residences after hours
    • Non-smoking residence and campus

Amenities Nearby

  • next door to the University of Toronto Athletic Centre with Olympic size pool and fitness facilities.  You must be over 18 and purchase a membership at the Athletic Centre
  • a Dining Hall/Cafeteria in our Wilson Hall Residence (2nd floor) – may be open for breakfast in May and June depending on group bookings. It will be open for all three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in July and August for our Summer International Programs
  • New College Library at 20 Willcocks Street with computer lab access (small fee)
  • easy access to the subway/metro/streetcar Toronto Transit system (TTC) to go anywhere around Toronto and area (just outside the door and also walking distance to Spadina subway station)
